What cap size do your wigs come in?
Our braided wigs are available in Medium cap sizes. Medium fits most head circumferences (21.5"–22.5").
How do I measure my head for the right fit?
Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your head just above your ears and across your forehead — this is your head circumference.
Are the wigs adjustable?
Yes! All of our wigs feature adjustable straps and elastic inside the cap for a secure, comfortable fit.
How do I choose the right braid style?

Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my braided wig?
Proper care extends the life and beauty of your handmade wig. Follow these tips:
- Store on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use
- Avoid excessive heat (our wigs use synthetic fiber)
- Gently apply mousse to braids for a neat, refreshed finish
- Keep your wig clean and dry for best longevity
- Apply a suitable lace tone and knot concealer to enhance the lace appearance

How long will my braided wig last?
With proper care, your EC Braided Wig can last several months to over two years and more. Longevity depends on how frequently it's worn and how well it's maintained.
Can I wash my wig?
Yes. Hand wash gently with cool water and a mild shampoo. Avoid scrubbing the braids — instead, gently squeeze and rinse. Allow to air dry completely on a wig stand before storing or wearing.
Can I swim or exercise in my wig?
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, or excessive sweat, as this can affect the lace and fiber quality. If you do get the wig wet, allow it to dry fully before storing.

How fast will I receive my order?
We offer next-day shipping on qualifying orders. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

Can I exchange my wig for a different style?
Exchanges may be available depending on stock. Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order to discuss exchange options. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
