Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 14 days after receiving your wig to request a return.

• To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, and in original packaging.
• To start a return, email ecenterwigs@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If you use a prepaid label from us, the cost is deducted from your refund.
• Custom or personalized orders can't be returned.
• For exchanges: the fastest path is to return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the style you want.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
• Arrived damaged or got the wrong item? Email us within 7 days with photos and we'll fix it at our expense.
